Researchers are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence regarding reconstitution procedures, handling techniques, storage conditions, peptide solubility characteristics, expected appearance or variability of solutions, and any aggregation, cloudiness, haze, or precipitation that may occur during research preparation.
Primal King Peptides does not provide laboratory instruction, research protocols, or procedural guidance, and all researchers assume full responsibility for their own research methods, preparation procedures, handling techniques, storage practices, and interpretation of research materials.
Variations in appearance after reconstitution — including but not limited to haze, cloudiness, aggregation, clumping, precipitation, or visible particulate formation — may occur depending on laboratory technique, solvents used, temperature, storage conditions, mixing method, and other research variables. Such occurrences do not necessarily indicate a defect in the material and are not considered grounds for refund, replacement, or store credit.
No monetary or cash refunds are offered. If a claim is approved under the conditions below, store credit may be issued at our sole discretion for use toward a future purchase on this website.
When Store Credit May Be Issued
- The item arrived physically damaged during shipping.
- An item was missing from the order.
- You received the wrong item.
All claims are subject to review and approval.
Claim Timeframe
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery according to the carrier tracking information. Requests submitted after this 48-hour window may not be eligible for store credit.
Information Required for Claims
To review your request, please include:

- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging (for damage claims)
- Photos of the shipping label and outer packaging
Incomplete submissions may delay or prevent claim review.
Non-Eligible Requests
- Requests submitted after the claim timeframe
- Issues resulting from improper research handling, storage, or reconstitution
- Concerns regarding solution appearance after reconstitution, including haze, cloudiness, aggregation, clumping, or precipitation
- Issues caused by incorrect shipping information entered at checkout
- Shipping carrier delays outside our control
- Buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or ordering in error
- Misinterpretation of research materials or improper laboratory practices
Store Credit Details
- Store credit is issued as a credit amount applied to a future purchase.
- Store credit has no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
- If approved, store credit is typically issued within 3–5 business days.
- Store credit will be applied to the customer account associated with the original order.
